Project Summary:
As Director of Creative Services at Venus et Fleur, I was responsible for overseeing creative direction and leading the production of campaign assets for the luxury brand. I managed all aspects of creative output, from concept development to the execution of high-end visuals, ensuring consistency and quality across all marketing materials. My role also involved collaborating with key stakeholders to align creative strategies with the brand’s vision and business goals.

  • Overseeing photo and video editing to ensure all assets met high-quality standards and aligned with the brand’s vision.
  • Managing the end-to-end production of campaign assets for digital, print, and social media, maintaining consistency across all platforms.
  • Project planning, including setting clear goals, outlining deliverables, and managing resources to ensure timely execution of all creative projects.
  • Creating and managing production timelines to meet tight deadlines while ensuring the quality and integrity of all creative outputs.

🗒️ Project Overview:

As Director of Creative Services at Venus et Fleur, I managed and directed multiple high-profile campaigns, ensuring each reflected the brand’s luxury and elegance. I led the creative process from ideation to execution, overseeing campaign shoots, asset production, and post-production editing for both photo and video content. My responsibilities included aligning the creative vision with business goals, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality marketing assets for digital, print, and social channels. Each campaign was executed within strict timelines, maintaining the brand’s aesthetic while driving engagement and visibility.

🎥 Billboard in Times Square :

A very exciting project I took on as Director of Creative Services at Venus et Fleur, was to create a Billboard for Times Square to showcase an evergreen product offering. I quickly immersed myself in shooting high-end content, rapidly learning how to produce and edit the media to meet the brand's elevated standards. Collaborating closely with key stakeholders, I gathered feedback and iterated on the design to ensure it aligned with their vision. Despite the tight timeline, I successfully delivered the final assets, achieving a fast turnaround for this high-profile campaign.

Full Production
I was responsible for solving for all the production needs required to get the billboard assets delivered in a very short time.
Rough Waters...
After some external partners missed deadlines, I took on owning the full project, and regrouped / reorganized to complete this chaotic project.
Deadline Met!
We had an incredibly tight deadline after our external media team failed to deliver, and so I stepped in, and stepped up to deliver a final product.
↗ Brand Reach
We saw an incredible improvement in brand reach across social channels, as well as a lift in site traffic after the billboard designs went live in times square.

💕 Valentine's Day Campaigns:

I led the creative asset production for Venus et Fleur's Valentine's Day campaigns, overseeing everything from concept to final delivery. This included start-to-finish photo and video production, capturing the luxury essence of the brand's floral products. I created a full suite of marketing assets, including visuals for digital and print, ensuring consistency across platforms. Once finalized, I efficiently distributed the assets for use in social media, email campaigns, and other promotional channels, driving the brand’s presence during the holiday.

Social Explosion
The brand saw a massive lift on instagram in regards to overall engagement and following during the Valentine's Day Season.

Over 80% of the Valentine's Day specific SKUs sold, and over 40% of evergreen SKUs sold out during the Valentine's Day Season.
New Learnings
We had a lot of important takeaways learnings for the future in regards to photo / video production, asset creation, messaging, and promotional strategies.

🌲 Noel Noir - Holiday Campaign

I oversaw the creative asset production for Venus et Fleur's holiday campaigns, guiding the project from initial concept through to final delivery. This included orchestrating both photo and video shoots to capture the luxurious appeal of the brand’s floral collections. I crafted a wide variety of marketing materials for digital platforms and print, ensuring brand consistency across every medium. Once finalized, I efficiently deployed the assets across social media, email marketing, and other promotional channels to enhance the brand’s visibility throughout the holiday season.

🌹 New Rose Color Campaign

I managed the creative asset production for Venus et Fleur's new rose color campaign, overseeing everything from initial concept to final execution. This involved organizing photo and video shoots to showcase the luxury and vibrancy of the brand’s latest rose offerings. I developed a full suite of marketing assets across both digital and print, ensuring consistent branding throughout all materials. Once the assets were complete, I strategically deployed them across social media, email campaigns, and other promotional outlets to highlight and drive awareness for the new collection.

We saw an improvement of 7% in sales in New Product Category sales in comparison to other product launches, based on fresh creative paired with campaign optimization.
Social Explosion
The brand had a great response to the new floral launch, seeing a dramatic increase in followers, comments, and overall engagement.
Sold Out!
2 of the 4 rose colors in the new launch completely sold out within the first week of the launch, which we viewed as a huge win for marketing, sales, and all the campaign production.

After launching dozens of new product collections offering 100's of unique SKUs, I learned a lot about product grouping, product marketing, and how to successfully conduct high end photo & video shoots.

The brand took on new channels and opportunities which proved to be a great learning experience and brand expansion opportunity to take the business to the next level.
High Stakes!
Being an industry leader, each campaign or product launch was incredibly important, and there were tons of different puzzle pieces that all had to come together for it to work!

I was incredibly proud and honored to get the chance to help out the brand and put together creative assets that ran in times square for several months.
